Model United Nations is a youth led organisation that imitates the real United Nations. We debate real world issues and try to find a solution to them in the form of a resolution written by individual delegates who attend a conference.
No! Not at all. WCDMUN is a conference for delegates both new and experienced. There is no pressure if you make a mistake. Trust us we have all been there. We are open to all persons aged 12-18 and encourage younger delegates to get involved. At WCDMUN, we are the only Irish MUN conference to have a ’Best Junior Delegate award‘ So any younger delegates, WCDMUN is exactly the conference for you!

That’s brilliant to hear, we would always encourage more schools to get involved in MUN. We have loads of great information packs and are sometimes able to send people out to other schools to teach them the finer points of MUN. If you are interested in setting up your school's own MUN program and want some help just email secgen@wcdmun.com
